Methodology

The development of self-assessment of pedagogical supervision skills in higher education will be carrying out training interventions and decrease knowledge gap and situations of training deficit. For this purpose, it will raise awareness to professors to attending the training courses and it will be created instruments to evaluate supervision pedagogical competences.
Then, will be creating an app in order to obtain, effectively, more education earnings throughout promotion of education contexts propitious to academic success and to improve higher education research.
